Retail distribution review in the financial industry and Technology like AI

There is no best software, CRM systems do help in managing clients.

In most cases, we use the online advisor portals provided by the product suppliers to assist our clients.

Yes, I think this is the case.

It is a financial product that needs to be managed like any other investment.
